In the holistic health care field, nutrition holds a leading role. Since food is our primary fuel source, nutrition plays a key role in attaining optimal health and well-being; without it, the body simply cannot thrive. When we nourish our bodies, we have properly and effectively assimilated food for growth and repair. Sometimes the mechanisms for proper assimilation are not working effectively so we must give a helping hand.
