Mental health and wellness involves is multifaceted. There may be one pronounced event that can be claimed as the onset of any extreme emotional state, or it can be an accumulation of events.


When treating in individual with anxiety or depression, both diet and homeopathic intervention are utilized. The foods we eat (or lack), directly impact the types of chemicals that our bodies build.  In terms of mental health the most important are neurotransmitters.  Running a close second would be hormones and hormonal balance.


Anxiety states can cause a host of physical symptoms as well as those experienced mentally:
